I love sushi, and love nori. But I can't shake the feeling that nori belongs with rice and seafood... I just can't wrap my head around the idea of nori and turkey. lol

But maybe I can change that if you guys have some good ideas. So all you nori eaters... what do you fill it with?

Lol, it took me a few tries to get it to be "normal" for me to eat it with other things.

I generally make it into other kinds of 'sushi'... like, little turkey cucumber rolls with spicy mustard. Or I like fake crab, sirachi (sp?), cucumber and quinoa. TASTY.

I like avacado, red onion, turkey, black beans mashed up (where the rice goes), spicy lite mayo and then wrap it up. SO GOOD.

I have a bunch written down at home, I'll get it later and let ya know!
