Default Bad News

Well, bad news for me, I'm pretty sure I pulled a muscle in the back of my calf by sprinting @ a 9 for one minute. Prior to that I only ran 10 minutes of my interval training, I feel awful. Any suggestions to stop it from hurting? BTW I can't afford my co-pay so I just have to tough it out.

UGH

Side note: left iPod @ friends house so I'll post my week 2 weighin video tomorrow. >.>

Oh no! Sorry you got hurt. Make sure you take time to rest before you start exercising again.

Well thanks you guys, right now it feels fine thanks to milmin2043 advice I wrapped up the area and had a lazy day or two, and I managed to keep on track and I was able to work out yesterday without a problem. =)

That's great! Glad the article helped. I have had just about every running injury known to woman! Rest, ice and wrapping have worked in the majority of overuse injuries.
Stick with it and be kind to yourself! Best wishes.

Oh, I'm being kind to myself, making lifestyle changes rather than dieting and exercising and everything works a whole lot better.

I'm thankful I have a treadmill, and I'm thankful I am connected with this community because everyone motivates me so much. =)
