Hi. I just came across this forum and it seems like a really great place to find motivation and inspiration. I am a swedish girl living in Canada and studying software engineering. I used to be in incredible shape, I was thin and super active. I fell into depression a year and a half ago after a trama. I started eat constantly and stoped exercising completly. I have gained over 60 pounds in that time.
Anyway, now I am just trying to get back to my old self and I am really looking forward to share my journey with all of you

I actually don't know where to start reading now that I've joined...it was easier to jump around before I made my account, but I'm sure I'll find a niche, I have a lot to share and to ask so it's good to be here!
