I am new to SB. My husband and I started trying to lose in March. I have lost 17 and he has lost 36 (of course)
Anyways, I am a sugar/carb addict so I wanted to curb that and lose some of this belly fat, so here I am.
I wanted to thank you all for your recipes. I read them for an hour or so yesterday along with some of your threads and it was REALLY encouraging and made me feel like this plan was quite do-able.
I am on day 1 but look forward to chatting with and learning from all of you.
