For this week, I really want to be really on track, because I'm leaving in vacations next friday... Vacations is always a bit harder on the bad food habit, but I'll do my best. I really want to have a good week before having to disastrous ones LOL
For activites, I'm doing something called ''Challenge 20 minutes'' it organized by a runner shop, you just have to join them and run 20 minutes
They give you a cap and a healthy snack after it. I often have to walk when I jog, I'll see what happen at the challenge!
