Default Joining 20 lb loss club!
My last weigh in: 209.8 lbs!! Yahoo!!!

My challenge this weekend will be to maintain that loss

Now I can get some white strips, or go for a pedicure for my non-food related reward

Feeling pretty good. I can't believe I'm only 10 lbs from onederland!! I'm feeling pretty motivated these days

Keeping up with the learn to run program and so far so good. Congrats to the others who have posted 20 lb losses today!!
