I've just wrapped up a summer class, started a break from work and my other normal obligations, and been busy with some personal stuff. All this has made it easy for me to get my sleep schedule out of whack. I couldn't fall asleep last night and was seriously contemplating going to an inconveniently convenient fast food place for breakfast to try to counteract the effects of not sleeping. I know it won't work, but I've allowed myself to use it as an excuse before. This time, I talked myself out of it and had a healthy breakfast at home.
