Hi there everyone,

I'm going to keep this brief because part of my new found commitment to health is getting enough sleep -- but let me tell you a little about myself.

Was approximately 520lbs at my heaviest around age 20

Hit Rock bottom -- and got serious (no surgeries)

Got to 225lbs (-295lbs) -- had skin removal surgery -- at the age of 22

but -- I'm here -- Why? Because I'm creeping up -- and I'm to a SOLID 260 -- and always I told myself 250lb would be the freakout point.

I'm serious again and I'm going to get it together -- I'm currently age 24 and I want to get some of these lbs by Winter (Holidays, Visiting Home, Vanity, Etc)

I look forward to being active in the community -- Send me a Private Message if you want to get to know me on a personal level or want a diet buddy -- Willing to be email support buddies -- Although I slipped a bit -- I'm confident I can provide help to any 20 something year old with serious weight to lose.

Wow, that is amazing! I'm so happy that you joined this site! I just joined this week also, but hav been visitingfor much longer. It is the best thing that I could have done!
I am one week into this new way of ife, and am happy to say that I have lost 5 pounds... it feels great!
