Hello all!
My name is Erica and I'm new to the forum... kind of. Haha! I've been reading about many of your struggles and successes for the last few weeks and finally decided to join and hopefully take part in your journey as you all already have in mine for the last couple of weeks. I'm very excited to share my story, as well as give and receive some advice. I'm currently a Broadcast News student and knowing that I'll be on television for most of my career can be a fairly daunting thing, so to feel better about myself I felt that I needed to lose some weight... since May 6 of this year I've lost 10 pounds... but I've very quickly realized that living a healthier more active lifestyle has a lot more rewards than just looking good on the outside. So anyways, just wanted to say "Hi!" so Hi! I'm very excited to get to know some of you and continue on my journey with, what seems like, a great support system in all of you.
