Question Is it normal to be bloated??

Okay..so ive been going strong now for 4 days on IP Protocol.. i eat my veg and drink my water and take my salt and take my vitamins.. But i dont get it?? My stomach looks bloated every single day!

Originally my stomach was bloated really bad like 7 months pregnant bad..but once i got off gluten and wheat..tadaa..it went down a bit..but its still really bloated..and i want it to go away..

Anyone else have this issue??? And No its not TOM... How did you solve it? I am drinking LOTS of water..so...what can i do to help it?

I'll put it this way...You are detoxing your body from carbs. All those toxins have to work their way out someway....

When I first started I had a few days of being bloated, when I've never really bloated before. But it went away fairly quickly.
