Hello,
I'm starting the SLIM IN 6 program today. (DAY 1)
Looking for any support or others that might want to start this journey with me.
I am also lowering my carb intake to 25grams a day and making sure to get in my 8 glasses of water.

Anyone want to join me?

OMG I really know how much I am out of shape!!!

I got on the scale this am after a one week total body cleanse, and my first week of dropping my carbs down and I've lost 7lbs. that is what is pushing me to go home today and try again to accomplish the video again.

I'm on "Start it up" (day 2 today) and day 1 nearly killed me. I was passed out on the floor and my dog was sitting there looking at me like I was crazy.

(next time he is out on the patio while I workout)

Good Luck! I remember getting to the second video of Slim and 6 but never finished the program I can't be bothered to do an hour workout video. 45 minutes is even pushing it lol. You can do it though!

I'm at the end of week 2. Do NOT give up on this. Ive had a HUGE difference in just two weeks. I am watching calories but this video is awesome.
