Brual. Painful. Awesome.

I'm on my 5th week of doing Ri30 and am still coming back to it 6 days a week. Even though she makes me feel like I'm literally going to die, I have somehow survived it . And it has been so worth it to stick it out. I'm so much stronger than I was in Week 1! I've been keeping a blog about my Ri30 progress if you're interested: http://kb-relentless.blogspot.com/

I am one Week 1 of Ripped.
I did the Shred. I like Ripped Better.
It might be that when I did the Shred 2 or so years ago, that I weighed more and am now more in shape. There are less high impact things in Ripped like jump rope, jumping jacks (at least for week one) there are butt kicks and running man...but not like Shred.
Plus, so far I am able to do all of the exercises pretty easily wheras when I started the Shred I could keep up, had to modify or change exercises alot.
Again, this might be that my endurance and strength is better now...but so far I really like Ripped.

Love your blog (can relate to a lot of it...I too am a teacher...and have traveled internationally, always on a quest for new experiences/adventure...also looking into teaching internationally...and love the quote by Drachman on your posts. I started the 30 day shred today...on top of already being a gym rat. Considering a trainer after the 30 day shred. Keep up the good work. :-)

Thanks man! I finished Ripped in 30, so the blog's moved on too, but I'm glad you liked it. Have "fun" with 30DS!
