Default Nuts

My husband went on a fishing trip this weekend and some of my WW materials are in his truck! I feel foolish asking this question about GHG when I really should know it off the top of my head...

Is 1 serving of nuts considered a serving of healthy oils?

No - it needs to be a pourable oil (olive, canola, and I can't recall the others off the top of my head right now).

No. What counts are olive, canola, safflower, sunflower or flaxseed oil.

Also -- not really related but it was just mentioned in my meeting -- fish oil does not count and you need to count the Points Plus in the fish oil.
