Hey Kenzie
Don't worry about the "guys", cause' they will always be around. AND, you are what you are whether you're as skinny as a rail, or a bit on the chubby side. Don't let "the guys" affect who you are.
Being overweight is unhealthy and you need to get yourself healthier BECAUSE it's important to your life, NOT because the "guys" might like you more.
Sorry, do I sound like a Mom?
Well, I am and it hurts my heart to have read what you had written about "the guys."
You need to concentrate on "YOU", not anyone other.
Tips on eating: watch your portions, eat half a plate full of veggies, then a quarter of meat and a quarter starch. Drink a lot of water and stay busy. It will take time to lose the weight. The slower the weight comes off, statistically, you'll keep it off.
Set small goals, achieve them and then make another goal. Baby steps. You'll get there. And, you'll still be who you are, just thinner.
If you need encouragement throughout the way, send me a message. I'll help you.
Best of luck to you kiddo.
Kelli
