New and Maintaining??
I am 32 and the mother of three (5 year old and twin 2.5 year olds) I am currently about 169 lbs and would like to get down to about 135. I was about 140 for a couple months back in 2002 (WW) and got down to 150 for a couple months between my son and my daughters (WW-core).
I have been stuck in the 160's for the last year. I have been trying to do low carb for the last couple months but keep getting off track due to the planning/cooking problems. I have been doing this weight loss game since I was 14. But it has been so hard to maintain.
I haven't started IP yet. I go to an informational workshop on Wednesday morning and I guess the process a few people that day.
I guess I am looking to see how many people can actually maintain their loss. And how hard is it to maintain?
