I just finished a bk. titled "When eating at the refrigerator,pull up a chair" by Janeen Roth. It's about us, in almost every page,and certainly spoke to me and I think many of us that have dieted,and continue to do so. It just is a wonderful small book of feel good,and brilliant words that I needed to hear. You might find it wonderful as well. Pls. let me know if you read it what you think. I learned about Ms. Roth here on 3FC. I scoured Half Price Books and found many of her titles, including this one. I don't agree with all of her ideas but I do like this book. It's easy to read and like you, I found I could relate to it. I'd recommend it to others to read too.
Amazing (imo) book to suggest.
