Default Any IPers that at Type II Diabetic and on met?
Hey folks,
I am a type II diabetic, on Metformin 2000mg/day. Just curious if there are others here who are following IP? What are the effects on your blood sugar levels?

S/C/G: size 18 to 8...75 pounds gone

Height: 5'6"

About 4 weeks before I started IP....I was testing and was 1 number (whatever that means or 1/10th or something like that) from being diabetic.

3 months in to IP and 42 pounds down...out of the risk range

last time about 2 months ago....down 70ish pounds...not even a discussion numbers were so low.

Love to have it today...down almost 80 pounds.


This diet saved my life!
