So I am thinking about starting weight watchers or something, however, before I spend the money there I was considering doing a fast first. I have heard (maybe incorrectly) that before starting any regimen it is a good idea to do a sort of reset on your body first. I know a few people that are raving about this ******** program and I thought the 9 day fast could work well for me. However, has anyone else used this program? Does it actually work? Are there other and potentially better choices out there??
I myself, am no weight loss guru. I actually lately feel like I have gone off the wagon in a big way so I need to slap myself into shape. I am hoping that with a good week or so of none of the junk I am used to I can then get back into eating and start healthy right off the bat. The good things I have read come from the internet (so who knows if it can be trusted at face value) and I have some friends on facebook that are using it. However, I know one of my friends on there has started selling the stuff.... so I don't know if the info I am getting from that avenue is completely unbiased either! Any help any one has is greatly appreciated!
