Default 10 lbs at a time, Valentine's day challenge

Time for a new challenge! We have 7 weeks until Valentine's day. So I will strive to lose one lb a week for a total of 7 lbs.

12/ 26/02 167 Starting weight. If I haven't gained from all my cheating yesterday. I am not getting on the scales this morning!
No way!

1/3/03 169, I did gain from all the cheating - glad I didn't wait any longer to get back op.

1/10/03 168, a little better but not as good as I had hoped.

1/17/03 167, well back to where I was before Christmas, No real progress but at least I've undone the damage. Now it's time to make some progress! Just 4 weeks to go!

1/24/03, 167, THAT DARN SCALE JUST WILL NOT MOVE! Still working on both diet and excercise - sooner or later it will have to move - I HOPE

1/31/03 - 167, no change

2/7/03 - 166, finally, progress!

2/14/03

COME ON PEOPLE, IT'S A NEW YEAR AND A NEW COMMITMENT -
LET'S LOSE THAT EXCESS WEIGHT THIS YEAR - WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm in Grandma G. on your Valentines challenge... I am also not getting on the scale for a few days, but I have already in my mind set myself into my healthy mode..was just reading up on Pilates, think I may check into them...

I still have a house full of food and family, so hopefully before everyone leaves they consume all the goodies, if they don't they are taking them with them, I don't want anything around but good stuff.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas, I did here,, and it's still going on...

Grandma G. your goal is a good one, I will use it also, one pound a week is doable... and we shall do it..

Default Hello Everyone!

I know it has been along time. I hope everyone has been well, and had a wonderful holiday!

I am going to get focused. Try to cut some carbs.

Anyway, just wanted to check in, and say that I am in for the Vday countdown!

Happy Holidays!

This challenge sounds good to me! I need to get serious again. I haven't been doing well at all in the eating department this month. I plan to start on Thursday, Jan 2!

Hey how are you all doing with your weight loss? I hope you are doing better than me. I am still at 216. How depressing. Gotta try harder!

Hey Dustcatcher. Don't despair I held on to the same weight this week too. I'm not gaining so that's a positive that I will always take Have a great week.

Pam, I guess that is a good way of looking at it--we're not gaining! Still, I really want to see a loss this week!
