Default What Book?

Sooo.. I bought the 2010 version, and have been doing induction since the 1st.. It's seems to be going well. There are a few contradictions that are kind of annoying in the book I have.. but I am using common sense, and ignoring things like eating Atkins bars with nuts on induction lol

I would like to learn as much as I can, and was wondering what book I should get next? I'm debating between Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution and the 1972 one. Which book has more information I guess I'd like to know? Thanks for any opinions!

I like the 2002 book. It's a great book! I've never read the 1972 book, I think it might be hard to find.

from what I understand the book from 1997 I think is TNDR is his rewritten book with more info, trials and such. You can get both for almost nothing on ebay, and they may have them at your library. I would read both. I refuse to read any that were not written by him because I have read that his wife doesnt support the Atkins website the ones with bars and shakes and stuff. I dont know how true that is but I think they kind of took over and were more about making money then helping people. JMHO!

I have Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002) which is what I follow and Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution (1972, which I purchased on Ebay). I personally don't put much faith in the 2010 book, the reason being, it was not written by Dr. Atkins and the plan has been "altered". While it can be a companion to the other books, I would personally stick with the books the good Dr. himself wrote
