So...I asked my coach today if there is any way possible to get ONE drink in at my own birthday party that my gym friends are having for me tomorrow night, its been planned for weeks. We're all bringing something, so chicken skewers, shrimp skewers and veggies are on the list! But..I know I will have a drink and I know I'm not supposed to but I don't want to be anti-social so my coach said to get flavored vodka which has a few calories and no carbs in it. Add some berry skinny water with a lime slice and ice. She said she's probably not supposed to be telling me this but wants to guide me in heathly choices incase I lose control
I asked if it would stop my weight loss progress and how much it will set me back, she responded that I will burn the excess from the alcohol first and it will only set me back a few hours. That's for ONE drink only. I can handle one...of course she followed up with "although I don't really recommend it."
