hi everyone. I had a 1/2lb weight gain at slimming world this morning
lookin back over the week iv realised im stuck in a bit of a rut with the foods i am eating an probably not paying enought attention the the amount of superfree foods and syns that i am eating.
I very rarely cook but decided to give it a go today in an attempt to vary the foods i am eating. I made a cottage pie using the 'extra easy' plan. It was delicious!!! im quite impressed with my self. Im now excited about cooking other dishes an feel motivated to stick to the plan.
