I am so geeked
I jog/walk atleast 2-4 miles daily, 5 times a week and have for about 2 months.. and I always switch it up, 3 minutes jog, one minute walk, etc.. well today I just decided to give mile 3 all I had.. i RAN the whole mile, no stops in just under 10 minutes.. I havent done that sense track, my freshman year of high school! Dont get me wrong that was only.. 7 years ago for me and I usually had much better times then that then.. but im still so excited.. I guess it just shows me that I still have it in me.
