I am so geeked
I jog/walk atleast 2-4 miles daily, 5 times a week and have for about 2 months.. and I always switch it up, 3 minutes jog, one minute walk, etc.. well today I just decided to give mile 3 all I had.. i RAN the whole mile, no stops in just under 10 minutes.. I havent done that sense track, my freshman year of high school! Dont get me wrong that was only.. 7 years ago for me and I usually had much better times then that then.. but im still so excited.. I guess it just shows me that I still have it in me.

I am so jealous! I want to be able to run like that soon myself. In fact, I have an appointment at a local running store tonight to get my foot and stride evaluated so I can get fitted properly for a pair of running shoes. I have gone through 3 pair and just can't seem to get it right. I wind up with shin splints every time.

Congrats on your new accomplishment -- that is awesome! You go girl!!

Color me super jealous too! I have made it up to running 2.5 miles straight on the treadmill and tried running outside for the first time this week. To say it was a disaster is an understatement! Keep up the awesome work!
