To be or not to be an idiot? Yahh.. i was the idiot..But how? Well..because im not supposed to eat gluten or wheat..why? Cause it makes me ill.. I get headachy, bloated really bad, body aches and i feel like crap for quite awhile..and lets not forget the hours spent on the toilet too..
People ask me why would i eat a piece of bread if i knew it would make me sick? Well..let me ask you this.. Why would a lactose intolerant person eat ice cream? Because!!! it tastes great! and at the time..you forget how much it makes you sick. You just remember how good it tastes..and then you get sick after..and then you say " i swear i will never eat it again" and then a couple months later you forget how you felt and you go and eat it again..
So yah.. im the idiot.. for forgetting how sick i would get..and i ate the piece of bread anyway..and i PROMISE! i will never do it again..

hope you feel better soon. i saw a brand of bread in the supermarket called 'genius', its made of quinoa and gluten free, im not sure if they have that in canada but maybe they do?
Oh the pain, the pain! Spinach really hurts me and I won't go near it. I do like spinach, but again...it's not all that hard to give up. 
Kiwi is also on my list.
