Hello Everyone! Welcome to the March Check-In! Let's make it a great month!
I want to welcome everyone to the Daily Accountability Check-In. Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily food and exercise choices. All food and exercise programs are welcome. Consistency is the key to reaching our weight loss goals.

February has been a wash for me, so... ready to get kicking in March again. Seriously... so sick and tired of my own lazy approach to this whole thing in the past weeks, well, ... couple months, really .
Aaaanyway, I'll be here .
I'm Lorri and I'm doing weight watchers point plus. I've also been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I would love to join the challenge and the accountability will be great!! Count me in and much success to everyone here!!!
I'm down. I joined a gym to keep myself accountable. My real goal for this month is to drop as close to 5 pounds as possible. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Fatarnp - You will LOVE this thread! Congrats on your weight loss thus far! Going to the gym 3-4 times per week sounds great, keep up the good work!

Well, February was pretty good to me; I went from 149 to 144.4! My goal was 145, but I’ll certainly take 144.4! My goal in March is to reach 140 and to workout at least 5 times per week. My plan is to focus on strength training/toning this month, 3 days of weights, 2 days of Pilates, and 2 rest days. Let’s MARCH away some pounds this month ladies!!
The title is fine. I saw it and realized it was our new thread as soon as I laid eyes on the forum.
Yesterday I had difficulty even eating, and I came in below minimum calories, today I definitely wanted to make up for that! LOL!! Calories still came in below 1500, and everything I ate was a conscious, thought about decision, so I totally count today as a success.

Reasons I am motivated this month!
+My mom is visiting me in Japan on March 18. I. MUST. WEIGH. LESS. THAN. HER. NO. MATTER. WHAT. (She weighs 131, I weigh 132 after a four day binge, this should be no problem)
+I am signed up for a fun run/road race on April 3. I run better when I eat better.
+Warmer weather means thinner clothes and fewer layers. Spring comes early in southern Japan. I want to look my best in my clothes.

Diana - It is exciting!! I have a feeling I'll want to lose more though, we'll see.
Well, I'm not saying what my "official" weight loss is for February yet as I have one more day (feb 1-March 1) and as today was an up the scale day, I would love tomorrow to be better (and I think it will be with better sleep).
My goals though for March are: To continue as I have been. I've lost a bit over 8 pounds a month in January and in February, so I think I will make that a goal for March - to lose 8 pounds. I'm still early enough in this journey to make that possible. I plan to continue exercising an hour every day - either by walking or fitness videos and to continue with strength training every other day for a few minutes a day. I'll build up with that as the months go on.
Okay, so maybe that supper wasn't a GREAT idea. I still have 300 calories to get to 1200 and I think the cabbage and broccoli is already starting to bloat me. It tasted yummy, though. I'm gonna regret it tomorrow, I have a feeling. I'm not hungry, either. 900 is too few for the day, but I may just have to be WAY low today. Hopefully it'll look good on the WW weigh in scales tomorrow.
Worried about hubby. He's traveling and not answering his phone.
Edit: Just talked to hubby...he was in a dead zone. He's fine. Thank goodness!!
