Thanks for all the positive feedback since the ppl I care about isn't this helpful but yes I know it's only the beginning and I was thinking since I wasnt that tired yesterday after doing the elliptical maybe I can add an aerobics dance class then go on to do my 28min fat burner exercise on the elliptical.
@ glitter I was going to stay last night to do more but @ the club I go to (NYSC) they have something called express line which I was trying to use the arm machines and didn't know which ones were the correct ones so I gave up
plus couldn't find anyone I felt comfortable asking to help LoL
But this is only the beginning I am going to stick by it and hope @ the end of the month I lose something.
