I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you get 3 packs in a day it shouldn't matter 'when'. I don't have a pack for lunch. I have 1 for b'fast; 1 for afternoon snack and 1 before bedtime. I have a little protein at lunch w/ a salad and the rest of my protein for dinner.
I've been averaging 3lbs a week and I just finished week 4.
Sorry - re-read your post. Let me clarify. You Should worry about it. Just have it before bedtime. Have 3 a day
