Hello everyone
I am new to 3FC but not entirely new to Atkins. I am on day 2 of induction and feel great. I actually started on Wednesday by cutting all bread, pasta etc but left fruit in until yesterday. I think that has helped me transition in easier. I have lost almost 5lbs since Wednesday
I tried Atkins a few years ago and managed to lose 30lbs in a month but wasn't in the right mind set to stay on the plan. I was struggling with infertility and found myself using food for comfort. I gained all the weight back plus another 20lbs on top of it.
The reason for starting the plan again is of course my weight and recently being turned down for life insurance. I think I hit rock bottom when I heard that. So here I am embarking on this journey again but in a different frame of mind
I am excited and 100% focused on making this a success. I am also happy to have this site to come to for support when I am having a weak moment and to offer my support to others.
