I'm in a bit of a dilemma and need all your wonderful advice and experience please!
I've got 40 pounds to lose by July 30th (wedding of ex that i need to look hot for!!) and i'm stuck with the fitness side of it. I lost 11lbs in January mostly through low fat, low carb diet, i've been eating very 'clean' and no slip ups
Food wise i think i'm set as feel good on this sort of diet.
I've been doing Slim in 6 and am due to finish up in 3 weeks time but have only seen a 3" loss overall and no real change in body shape although i do feel stronger and more 'solid'
I know i have 3 more weeks to go and am commited to finishing so will keep fingers crossed for a major loss in the next few weeks.
I'm lucky to have been left TurboJam, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, BBL, and some JM dvds from my roomate and i'm confused as to the best way forward.
I've got quite a muscular frame and carry most of my weight in my hips, thighs, butt! What do you think is the best programme to get the best results? Any tips would be great!
