Default how many calories is my home made soup
i have about 2 litre pan i fill this with water

x2 veg stock cubes
1 chicken breast
and aprox half bag of frozen veg

and blend

jus wanted to know how much is in the soup i have it through out the day for lunch and to keep cravings at bay

What are the veggies? Does the bag say the calorie count?

the calories for the chicken breast (weigh it) and the cals for the veggies. You can find those in Sparkpeople or how every you normally count your calories.
