Default Am I still in ketosisi?

had a few cheats the past few days due to some parties... How do I know if I kicked myself out of ketosis? I really hope I didn't or I guess I'd have to start back at square one...

Being vague on "a few cheats" will help no one answer your question. Telling what the cheats were will help someone. Posting this in the daily chat would be better and probably get a quicker response.

I suggest getting Ketone Strips from your local pharmacy or pharmacy section of a local store. Its a urine test and can tell you.

Most likely you did knock yourself out of Ketosis if you had a few "cheats". People on this diet need to understand there is no tolerance for cheating at all. If you cheat, you have just halted your bodies progress and have to work for 3 or more days to enter back into Ketosis. All the while you wasted a bunch of money on IP products. There is no room for cheating and should not be done.

Concentrate on the end goal of the diet, then you can eat those cheats in a more informed balanced way and lifestyle. Follow protocol for maximum success. Hope this helps.
