I started again when the plan started for me last Sunday. I'm down 2 but i no longer crave high carb foods or chocolate. I find that eating all my pts (31) is also less stressful as somedays i don't eat them all. The biggest thing for me is i don't go crazy in my head doing points math the way i used to and be starving at the end of the night
Now i eat 3 meals and enjoy fruit inbetween. It's easier than i ever thought, just hope the weight loss picks up better.
