So, I came back from eating a healthy lunch just to see a big bowl of Christmas chocolates just outside of my cubicle. Awesome. I guess the "treat" time of year is starting when businesses want to let us know how much they appreciate us.
Maybe keep some lowfat or weight watchers candy in your drawer for these sort of times. I totally know what you mean, same at my job! It's tough but i want to lose weight so badly!
Step away from the candy! Be strong. Personally, candy doesn't even have the hold that it used to on me. I have the same Kit Kat bar that my friend left at my house in the freezer...........and it's been there for more than 30 days. In my prior life, it would not have survived 30 seconds!!!!
Yup, just keep pounding the pavement right on by the goodie bowl. It's just that time of the year, but you can choose to not give into the off plan junk
