I've started keeping a note of my daily weigh ins and it will probably be easier to do it on here and be able to see the trends at a glance.
The weight loss has slowed RIGHT down so struggling to stay positive right now. Just hope there is further downward movement, and in my dreams I'd love to be under 140 by Christmas Day, the best present I could ask for.

6: 142.5lbs - Frustrated again with bouncing for over a week, but due to snow only managed to get to gym twice in last 10 days

This really, really helps me be accountable to myself and I look forward to posting everyday even if it isn't always in the right direction. Overall, the direction has been down. I lost 5 or 6.5 lbs depending on counting the month or 4 weeks. I think I have spotted a pattern. I never would have know it without this thread. Thanks!

I don't know what happened to November, but I'm sure I gained. I can't remember what I was to start and I haven't weighed today, so December 1st I start fresh, with no regret, no excuses.
Edir: Well apparently I started November at 181 . . . so looks like I may have maintained all month - Not too sure how I feel about that.
For december Id like to make my halfway point goal of 217. The past two months ive mainly maintained.

Yippie!!!! Was waiting for this!!!! Excited. Hoping to get out of the 200's and make it to Onderland by January. Even if not, some consistent weight loss is better than none!
