We did awesome for week 9 everyone!!!!!!! WTG:carrot::carrot:

Here it is another week ahead of us and only 4 more left in the challange. I am no where near my challange goal but at least I am back on track and ready to finish strong. A lot of you had really great losses this week congratulations to everyone.

Congrats on being back on track Bigmid.

Having a rough morning. My mom was just admitted to the hospital with her heart. They'll be running tests, etc Waiting on my dad to call as soon as they know something.
Sky (my dd) is sick... It's just a cold, but a miserable one.

BUT life is good. I have a roof, a family (all in relatively good health), and I lost another 2 lbs this morning. Hoping it stays gone!!!

Hi just checking in sorry I didn't come back on today I had one of those days where all I wanted to do was eat and absolutely no motivation to exercise

Sorry I haven't been around these last couple of days,Mom is home and I have been working a crazy schedule but I am happy to say that I have been sticking to my diet.I had a big loss (for me) last week,but I am hoping for a couple of more this week,then 5 more for x-mas.

What is everyone else's goals for these last few weeks?

Heading to bed right now had a productive day and not to bad on the eating. Lots of exercise....not sure what I'll do once my week off is over.

Still on track w/food and exercise,weight is not going anywhere:devil: but I feel better:)

Hi eating was bad again today but very good on the exercise front. It doesn't seem to matter though I eat just a bit more and I go up a pound a day. Not sure why I put in on so easily and that's with double workouts. I'm seeing a difference in my shape though.

Just wanted to wish everyone here in the U.S a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING, and those of u in Canada and other places, a very HAPPY THURSDAY!! :)

I also want to thank you for the prayers and thinking of my mom. She got to come home yesterday. My sister and I are making her take it easy while we do all the cooking, etc. :)

Hoping to keep a level head today with all the Thanksgiving food. I plan to eat, but just eat wisely and stop when I'm full.

Hi sorry didn't make it on here yesterday not even sure why. I have to do my WI tomorrow as I'll be eating out for all meals so Sunday will be up I'm sure. I'm still up from last week and not sure why my exercise is spot on and I'm eating not to bad I really hate this part. I just look at something and the weight piles back on again.

Sorry, but the scale was up today. When I got home I realized I forgot to take my shoes off for WI so I might have maintained. Oh, well, it'll be a lost next week for sure.

Anyone else excited about the new ProPoints Plan? I think it will be great for me to have to focus a little more on my meals. I have to WI early next week because I'm going to a Christmas luncheon on Saturday.

I will be MIA today going with my mom to an open house for a seniors apartment and we are volunteering to do make and take Christmas cards then off to Nancys tonight for her Dad's B-Day

Well,the scale hasn't moved this week:D,so I am going to wait until Sunday morning to weigh myself and hope that I drop a pound or two.My workouts have been good,plus feeling alot better,so there is hope that I will make my goal weight by x-mas.

How's everyone else doing with their goals?

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be up from the day before Tgiving (but possibly maintain from last sun. LOL). I have big plans to lose during Dec. However, I do a lot of baking/candy making with my kids the WHOLE month. So I'm back to SERIOUSLY planning everything.

My goal is 249.8 by Jan 1. I *WAS* at 257.4 (or .6) on Wed. We'll see what tomorrow morning brings...

hello everyone!!! i had a terrible week. i wasn't hungry for the first couple of days of the week but i ate like anything this weekend:S i really need to stop binging. Thank god i didn't gain any weight considering the amount of food i had. Good luck with the weigh in everyone!

<sigh> 259.0 for me this week. :(

It was a rough week for me tho. I spent the night with my mom who was in the hospital Tuesday night. (Tues morning I was down to 257.4, or .6). So we ate out while at the hospital (Tues afternoon-Wed evening), then there was Tgiving, and the Friday tgiving luncheon. I suppose I should be happy I didn't gain this week!!

I think I enjoyed mine a bit too much & have a huge gain to show for it this week... will have to work hard to get it off. The funny thing is that my exercise was spot on, but it doesn't compensate for all the eating out from Thursday-Saturday. I really should know better.

Rough week for me too. I was really sick the first half and then too much eating Thanksgiving and leftovers after that. I wasn't able to exercise all week because of sickness so I have a gain for this week. Looking forward to tomorrow to get back on track. I'm just about up to my starting weight :(.

Hi everyone well I better stick with yesterdays WI as Im now up albs as of this morning. I just don't get how I can put on that much in one day and it takes forever for it to come off again.
I go back to work tomorrow so my last 10 days of doing double workouts will be no more. How can I work out like that and still gain. Scares me how will I ever be able to maintain. Not sure if it's really worth all this effort to keep going if I'll never be able to keep it off once it's gone.
Ignore my rantings as I'm just having a crappy day

Well things the same for me. No pc, still sick, etc. Tomorrow I have to see the surgeon, and I'll admit I'm scared.

Hoping (but not holding my breath) that things will start to improve this week. This has been a bad month, hoping for improvements for December.
