Default Points Question

Hi Everyone!

I know when we have double of something it's more points than if we stuck to having one serving. If I go to Taco Bell and have 2 fresco style steak soft tacos which are 3 points each do I count that as 6 or would it be more? Same for pizza from Little Ceasars.

If you have 2 of the same item, add the nutrition values together and calculate once.

Thats what I do as well. Quite often I will have something that is 2 points, so you think, have double and it will be 4, but then do the calculations and discover it is actually 5...sneaky...

Today is my high calorie day so I use all of my Flex Points! We have a ritual every holiday where we watch Home Alone while putting Christmas Decorations up so my husband picked up a couple pizzas so I wouldn't have to cook. I had 3 pieces and added all the calories, fat, and fiber together. Wasn't too bad but if I was just sticking to my daily allowance, I would have only had one slice.

Very good to know, I was unaware it worked that way, but makes sense.
