S/C/G: 340/276/150

Height: 5'6"

Default Shrinking by the inch.

I just thought I'd share.

In the last 5 months, I've lost more inches than pounds!

Unfortunately I didn’t measure my body when I first started my weightloss journey in January. I wish I could have. I had already lost 37 pounds by the time I got around to measuring myself. My first measurement was on July 20 at the weight of 303. I just measured again today (Nov. 20) at the weight of 278. I have lost the following inches off of my body.

Waist: -5.5

Hips: -6

Thighs: -4

Upper Arm: -1.5

Calf: -2

Ankle: -1

Ribcage: -4.5

Chest: -6

Forearm: -.5

Wrist: -.25

That is a total of 31.25 inches in 5 months!

Sometimes when scale numbers aren't good enough, measuring shows true progress!

Thats some major inches lost. I need some inspiration. Maybe I should pull out the measuring tape.

katy trail- Thank you! The scale has been so frustrating the last few months. I realized I hadn't measured since August and I was surprised at the results. Even though the scale hasn't gone down much, the inches are!

burgundyrayne- I highly recommend it! It's very motivational!
