Tai Chi
Hey everyone, I was looking into Tai Chi tonight, trying to learn more about it, and I'm afraid I don't know much. However, the more I see, the more I think that it would be something I would really enjoy trying. I was wondering if anyone has ever done Tai Chi in a class setting or even at home, and can tell me something about how they like it, or how it benefits them? I'm just generally looking to learn all I can about it!
