Default Holy Cow!

If I hadn't seen the numbers I totally would not have believed it! I've lost 14 lbs in one week! 11 inches! This truly is the last diet ever! Thanks to everyone for helping to keep me on track this week. This board is a wealth of information!!

AWESOME!! Stick with the plan and you will eventually consider IP more of a new lifestyle than a "diet". I hate that word. Diets have never worked for me. This protocol is definitely the best.

Unless I get to eat more variety in other phases, this is a DIET with a capital D. Week 2 for me so maybe when I move to the other phases, I can realistically see this as a lifestyle. Working so far.

There's never a better feeling than waking up and reading someone's excitement about their success! Has anyone seen Sarah Rue's commerical for Jenny Craig when she does her initial interview. I cry everytime I watch this, not only for her feelings at the start of her weight loss because I know those feelings but to her success at the end and how proud she is of herself. Congratulations! You are doing so great, the first week is one of the hardest but what's great is that if you found something that you love that works for you and you can maintain your enthusiasm throughout!

Life is what you put into it! So keep up the positive attitude!
