I just have been going through Dr. Chanh's book, The Unbalanced Diet Approach to a Slimmer You. I think that everyone who is on IP should read this book and keep it handy as a reference while on the eating plan (for me this will be for life!)

Anyone can download the book for FREE at:

When you enter the site, click on publications and it will take you to the free download.

It has some very important info in it for us all.

WOW - this web site was full of information and it has great recipes, a little on the fancy side, but they seem worth it.

The videos are a little confusing at first as they open with Dr. Chanh speaking in French (it was good for me to practice!).

Wait just a second and an English voice over will start. It is a little disconcerting at first, but well worth it.
