Default Ok, so I just have to share...
I MADE MY GOAL!!!!
I started Jan 6, 2010 at 220.5 and today 8 28, 2010 I am 133.0
This diet has been the easiest and fasted diet I've ever been on. I'm now starting phase 3. Yahoo!!!!!

Good for you! That is really incredible. Would love to hear about health benefits. For me, IP is about more than just losing weight. I have become so much healthier. Lower BP, no more gall bladder problems, indigestion, etc. Did you have any health issues that were resolved?
