So, I weighed myself at the gym yesterday w/ a friend and it said 168!!! I was super excited. The instructer I did a personal training session with said to only weigh myself 1x a month so I don't get discouraged if I don't see a change in weight, I could just be changing my bmi. But I lost a few pounds! I got on the digital scale at my in-laws house that said I was 174 two weeks ago and it said 169. So I have finally broke the 170's! I'm hoping I will keep going down and reach 150's faster than I thought I would. I'm so excited!
