I'm with you Meezoogirl! If we just follow the program, it works! C'mon when you think about all the money that we've spent, we owe it to ourselves to finish and do this correctly. Usually (ok, really all the time), I am the only one holding me back. Using this excuse or that excuse. And then I think, darn, I've spent all this money--make the program work. Does anyone else feel this way? And, instead of being sad, depressed or down on myself for messing up--I feel a little angry for messing up. Ok, that's just me.
My goal for this month is to make goal! Whooohoooo! They have me scheduled for the next class for making goal! Yes! I have about 12 pounds to go but they feel that I will lose it during that time.
The goals for life is to keep that weight off for good. I'm too old to go through this again and I feel like I have the tools with MRC and this forum to keep a check on myself.
I know I have done well over the last 2 1/2 months, but I need to step it up a notch. My belly isn't going away as quickly as the rest of me so I'm going to do something about it rather than complain!!
My goal for this month is to:
~drink at least 128oz of H2O
~do core training at least 3 times a week
~switch up my menu & not eat the same things everyday
Hopefully this will help me lose at least 15 pounds in August!!!
I have a goal of 50lbs total lost by August 23rd which is when I leave for vacation. To get there I will need to kick up my water intake and do more cardio.

My goal is #1 - finish radition on August 2nd for my breast cancer!
#2 heal the skin so i can start to exercise
#3 100oz of H20
#4 lose 10lbs

Good idea to get those goals out there.
Mine are:
#1 Drink water, water, water - at least 100 oz a day.
#2 Go to the gym 3x a week
#3 Take the program serious and work it, want to get to a healthy weight to have more babies.
#4 Loose 10# by the end of the month.
Ok, I've readjusted my August goal. I will have only one goal for this month of 31 days. My thinking is that by that time, it will become a habit and then next month add another goal till it too becomes a habit.
My goal for this month is to drink 100 ounces of water daily. This should not be too difficult in this heat. I also would like to consume this water before 8 pm so that I'm not in the bathroom all night.
To drink at least 112-120oz of water everyday
To get my butt in the gym at least 3-4 days per week
To lose the 24 pounds that I need to reach my 1/2 way point.
To stay On plan
I can and will do this, we all can achieve our goals this month. We're in this together!
