hi, my name is Angie I am a mom to 3 kids ages 10,9 & 9.I lost 135 pounds but have managed to gain about half of that back(I say guess because I don't actually dare to step on the scales). I started my diet 3 days ago and yesterday found this websight.I think if I could chat with others in the same situation it will help alot.I am looking forward to meeting everyone.:dance:

Okay, i just weighed in and I weigh 206.5 pounds,aaahhhh!!! I am going to lose it.

I am new here as well. I see that two of your kids are 9, so I can only assume twins...? I also have twins. Mine are boys, age three. I am still packing around all the weight I gained with them, plus about 10 more pounds. That puts me at 236. Yuck.
What are you doing to lose? Here's my plan: 30-45 minute walk everyday (or as often as possible), limiting my carbohydrates, yoga in the a.m., and suppressing my love for fast food.
