Well ive been thinking alot lately ( might be because of AF decided to pop up out of no where ) but i never noticed how big i really was until i took a picture up in the moutains on 7-11-10. im only 5 foot and i weigh around 170 lbs. i usto be in cheerleading for 10 years but ive always been chubby cause how i usto eat. my family has the coke bottle shape so we arent like thin but they arent big either you know what im saying.. i noticed the horrible stretch marks i have on my stomach bust area and my arms and thighs. how do i get rid of those?
whats everyones diet plan? i wouldnt mind counting calories but how do i know how many calories are in home cooked meals? how do you defeat that craving for chocolate or junk food ingeneral? i was a picky eater but now ima ctually trying veggies. its just the habit not to get any you know? how much water do you all drink during the day?
