Ok, let's get those numbers out here.

I am withdrawing from this month's competition. Got to focus on doing. But I will happily continue to track.

Water: 1 point
Exercise: 20 minute walk :)

Is today the day we tally our exercise points? If so, I was on plan for exercise this week. We're doing 7 points/week for being on plan, right?

Hi Everyone...

Food = 2 (Lost weight this week! Thanks Everyone ;)
Water = 1
Exercise - Didn't exercise Sunday - but did today (Monday)

I have no idea how to add the points or whatever you do - so someone please help me out in this area!

exersize 1 hour - was on target with my exersize this week :)

first week not so good, but this next week I'll work harder
