Well, I've decided to continue with WW. These days, not feeling too well, and I know it's because I haven't been eating as well as I should. Will be going on holidays at the end of this week, and this really scares me because I'm so afraid that I will not be good. I do not want to gain while I am on holidays. So need to start tracking again. I think that is the only way I will keep control. Must say, this is a great site, and lots of encouragement. Glad to have found it.

I re-started last week, and doing great, the first weeks are the hardest! Be strong!
