Default Low-Calorie, Low-fat "ice cream"

Hey everyone!

So I was having "one of those days" yesterday, and my friend told me that we were going to the store to by chocolate ice cream and vent. I was in such a woah, I about did it, until I saw Artic Zero. It is an ice cream substitute that is low calorie, fat free, and gluten free. It is made with Whey Low Sweetener. It tastes just like ice cream, but only has 32 calories a serving, or 128 calories in the entire pint. I know we should still have stay away from these, but if you are having an icky day, reach for this instead of the Ben and Jerry's. Then go take a walk and vent.

what would you use that as a replacement for? Carbs? I'm trying to figure out how it could be something used on program, but I don't think it can be.

If I'm going to eat something off program purposely, I'm gonna have the real thing
