Well everytime i started a diet i would always start counting calories but the problem i had was trying to fit as much junk food as i can into that calorie limit and i just started ... starving and i ended up binging food.. well i havent done this for a while but im starting tomorrow, in the past year ive tought myself to eat a little healthier even though i dont like it much im goin to do it.
