I use the following:
- Weight Watchers - You can't track, but it has some nice featured recipes and a shopping list and cheat sheets for Pizza and Cocktails.
- Pocket Points - To calculate points at the store.
- LoseIt - For counting calories, as well as other things like fat and carbs.
- Dotti's Food Source - All the restaurants you could possibly think of and their menu broken down in calories and points. Some restaurants don't have all menu items listed, but it is still such a handy tool. I LOVE this app. It really opened my eyes to the horrible stuff I was putting in my body pre-WW.
Thanks for naming the tracker apps! I am going to download now!
EDIT:
I am also considering the c25k app. It let's you listen to the music on the phone and chimes when you are supposed to change pace. Prevents having to keep looking at the time. Sounds like a great tool if/when I start c25k.
